These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ClusterBids platform operated by ClusterBids ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

ClusterBids provides a platform for mobile service businesses to create and manage geotargeted advertising campaigns on third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. We act as an intermediary to simplify campaign management.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate business information when creating campaigns. You must comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations.

Advertising Campaigns

Campaigns created through ClusterBids are subject to the advertising policies of the underlying platforms (Meta, Google). We do not guarantee ad approval, delivery, or performance. Ad spend is billed by the respective advertising platform.

Fees

ClusterBids charges a monthly platform fee and a percentage of ad spend as described in your subscription agreement. Fees are subject to change with 30 days notice. Ad spend budgets set in the platform are minimums; actual spend is determined by the advertising platform.

Limitation of Liability

ClusterBids is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will pause all active campaigns. You remain responsible for any ad spend incurred before termination.
